4Shore clothing company announced today that they will make hats available for purchase on Feb. 15, 2013.

Ryan Lansberry, co-founder of 4Shore, said that he is very excited to bring hats into the company because he believes it will help move the company forward.

In honor of the new product that the company is releasing they will be setting up a contest in early January of 2013. The contest price is a hat of the winners choice.

All that needs to be done to enter the contest, is take a picture of yourself wearing one of the already available 4shore products (shirt/tank top) and post it on the companies Facebook page.

The photo that best represents the “Surfer” lifestyle will be the winner. The photos must be appropriate (PG-13) and must show the 4shore logo on the product that is being worn in the picture.

The 4Shore Facebook page will allow for potential participants to discuss the contest and share ideas with one another. They will also be able to chat to Lansberry or Stegman themselves, asking them any queations they have about the contest or the product.

            4shore Clothing Company is a surf wear brand that started in Feb. 8, 2012. The founders are Ryan Lansberry and Austin Stegman. They started the company because they both liked the idea of being their own bosses, Lansberry said.

           

The target audience for the company is “surfers of all ages,” according to Lansberry. So they make products that aren’t specific for a certain age group.

They plan to make hats available for purchase in February 2013. Therefore we have come up with a marketing technique to sell the hats.

-          We will start using facebook more commonly because its one of the most commonly used social networks in the world.

-          We will allow people to become more interactive with the company by being able to post pictures of themselves on the company page.

-          We will also make it possible for potential customers to be able to talk to both Ryan Lansberry and Austin Stegman (founders of 4shore) about the company and its product.

-          we will use these tools made available to us by Facebook, to set up and online contest to be able to win one of the new hats.

1. To enter you must post a picture of yourself wearing a 4shore shirt/tank top, on the company’s page.

2. Lansberry and Stegman will both decide on the picture that best represents the beach/surfer style the company is going for.

3. The winner will be able to choose from any of the hats that will be made available to be received as a prize.

      This will all be done prior to the release date, in order to create anticipation for the release date of the hats, and hoping that it will create a want in the customers

                The invention of the internet has changed many things. It has especially changed the personal lives of many people. There are certain websites that people in today's society cant live without. I am one of those people, and the websites I cant live without would include Facebook, Google, YouTube, and regions.com.

                The reason I couldn't live without Facebook, is because of my family that’s in Brazil. I'm originally from Brazil, but I moved to the USA as a child. Most of my family is still in Brazil, and the most common way of communication is through Facebook  Whenever I want to talk to one of my cousins, I know I can just get on Facebook. If it happens that they are online, then we can communicate instantaneously. If they aren't online, I can send them a message and they will respond to me as soon as they see it.

                Another website I couldn’t live without is Google. I understand that Google is just a website that takes you to other websites, but it makes it simpler to find things you’re looking for. When I was looking to buy my first car, the first thing I did is go on Google, and type in “Cars for sale.” It showed me links to various car dealerships. Google allows you to find websites that you wouldn’t even imagine existed otherwise.

                YouTube is another important website to me. I think that YouTube has changed the way that the world operates. People can upload a video of them playing a song onto YouTube one day, and sign a record deal with a major label because of it the next. I also think I couldn’t live without YouTube, because I think that it has made the world a smaller and more interactive place. People in China can upload videos, and I can watch them here in America. The world can watch the same things,  laugh at the same videos, and listen to the same music, because of YouTube.

                A lot of people in today’s world see very little need to actually step foot into a bank. You can pretty much do anything you need, that is bank related, on the banks website. This is why I personally couldn’t live without Region.com. I can check my balance online, transfer money online, and I have direct deposit set up with my job, so I literally never need to physically go into a bank. With online banking being so accessible to anyone with an account, it takes away the hassles of having to waste gas driving to the bank, waiting in line at the bank and dealing with grumpy people employees. It makes the banking experience all around more pleasurable.

                Everyone in today’s society is going to have some sort of website that they can’t live without. Sometime you don’t realize it because of how common it is to us, but without some websites we would be lost. Weather it’s for business or recreation, the creation of the internet and the websites that have come because of it, has, and will continue to change the world as we know it.

            Two people were killed last night in a plane crash at the Centerville Airport.  The men have been identified as Dr. Richard Sabatini, who was piloting the plane and his wife Lydia.

            

            Jeff Belden of the local Federal Aviation Administration field office says that the plane that crashed “was a single-engine plane.” The exact type of plane is the Cessna 172 Skyhawk. The Skyhawk was first flown in 1955 and became the most successful mass produced light weight aircraft.

            

             Sabatini and his wife were going to the exclusive Fontainebleau resort in the north part of the state for a skiing holiday, which is why they were taking the plane, Lt. Feldman says. As they were taking off they crashed into a field adjacent to the runway.

           

              According to the control tower Sabatini was able to get the plane off the ground, but quickly realized he was having trouble controlling the aircraft. It is believed that the loss of control could be due to the foul weather that was occurring during the take off.  The foul weather included sleet and a strong, driving wind.

            A couple dies in a fatal plane crash tonight. It is believed that the pilot lost control of his plane due to bad weather. The type of plane that was being piloted is the Cessna 172 Skyhawk, which is believed to be one of the most popular planes sold in todays market. According to the control tower the plane had just gotten off the ground when it crashed in a field adjacent to the runway.
